Synopsis

We developed a management system and real-time, remote interface for a live Bingo setup. This required addressing two specific customer requirements: Generate unique, printable bingo tickets according to strict specifications and manage a game in-progress with remote display units for live players.

1. Bingo ticket generation according to strict, legal specifications

Live Bingo games follow a rigorous legal standard for their tickets. Traditionally pre-generated sets of tickets are bought and potentially re-used. We implemented the full specifications for the tickets and created a system that could generate batches of unique tickets of any number and denomination.

2. Print-ready output of ticket batches

We designed a web-based print system for ticket batches to enable quick and easy on-the-spot print and re-print of tickets as needed. This system saves time and money compared to pre-printed ticket booklets.

3. Management of Bingo games with various pricing models

Our Bingo management interface supports progressive jackpots and various options to configure limits and increments as well as price percentages. Games can be configured ahead of time ready for the live event.

4. Management of ticket sales before a particular game

Every ticket is individually stored in the system which allows all sales to be tracked via serial numbers. Sales can be entered in batches of consecutive numbers to speed entry during the hectic pre-game period.

5. Operate real-time game and manage numbers and ticket verification

The game user interface gives the operator full control over the ongoing game. Remote displays are listed and can be selected individually to enable multiple games and multiple displays concurrently. All operations are logged to enable review at a later stage.

6. Remote control multiple displays per bingo game.

The display module of the Bingo system shows an attractive screen with all relevant information live. Screens can be run on remote (networked) systems and output on TV screens, projections or computer displays. Each screen can be individually addressed to send administrative messages (e.g. to remove locations).

7. Output various reports

The system supports print-friendly reports over custom time periods for ticket sales as well as detailed operational logs.
